Abstract

ELEMENTO PARA FECHAMENTO DE VÁLVULA,TAMPA PARA FECHAMENTO, E, MÉTODO E APARELHO PARA FABRICAÇÃO DE UM ELEMENTO PARA FECHAMENTO DE VÁLVULA. A invenção é um elemento para fechamento de válvula (5), em particular para dispensar um líquido de um recipiente, dito elemento para fechamento de válvula (5) compreende um elemento de suporte (10) que tem um formato anular, e um inserto de válvula (12) que tem uma parede lateral e uma porção de cobertura, sendo feita de um material resiliente, e que encosta em uma superfície interna do elemento de suporte (10) por sua parede lateral, dita porção de cobertura (17) é formada com fendas (14) que definem abas da válvula (15), em que cada aba da válvula (15) tem uma periferia adjacente conectada à parede lateral. No elemento para fechamento de válvula (5) de acordo com a invenção a parede lateral tem um formato cilíndrico, e as fendas (14) são formadas radialmente, e uma projeção (18) é formada na periferia externa do elemento de suporte (10) para cada aba da válvula (15) no meio da periferia adjacente correspondendo à respectiva aba da válvula (15). Esta invenção é, adicionalmente, uma tampa para fechamento que compreende o elemento para fechamento de válvula (5), e um método e um aparelho para fabricação do elemento para fechamento de válvula (5). A invenção também se refere a outro elemento para fechamento de válvula.
