Abstract
EIXO DE MANIVELA E MÉTODO PARA FABRICAR UM EIXO DE MANIVELA. Pelo menos um disco de manivela (14) tem um rebaixo (26) com uma superfície de fundo plana (28), que está substancialmente a um ângulo reto em relação à direção do eixo geométrico central (A), em que o rebaixo (26) está adaptado no pelo menos um disco de manivela (14, 14a, 14b), de tal forma que o eixo geométrico central (A) corte a superfície de fundo plana (28). At least one crank disk (14) has a recess (26) with a flat bottom surface (28), which is substantially at right angles to the direction of the central axis (A), where the recess (26 ) is adapted to the at least one crank disk (14, 14a, 14b) in such a way that the central geometric axis (A) cuts the flat bottom surface (28). At least one radial main bearing (12) and a crank disk have a bore (30) extending substantially coaxially with the central axis (A). The present invention also relates to a method for manufacturing such a crankshaft.
