trata-se de um dispositivo de suporte externo para reparo e redução de uma fratura da cabeça do úmero de um paciente mediante a fixação das duas partes (2a, 2b) do úmero por meio da utilização de meios externos, distinguido por ser compreendido por uma haste de suporte (4) destinada a reter pelo menos dois pinos de retenção (5a, 5b), destinados a serem inseridos substancial e verticalmente na cabeça do úmero e igualmente no corpo propriamente dito (2b) do úmero (2).
