fabricação de nanomembranas de sílica hierárquicas e usos das mesmas para a extração em fase sólida de ácidos nucleicos a presente invenção fornece um novo método para fabricar nanoestruturas de sílica em películas de polímero finas com base em encolhimento térmico induzido por deposição de sílica e auto-enrugamento. estas estruturas em micro- e nano-escala têm vastamente ampliada a área específica de sílica, assim, as nanomem-branas de sílica podem ser usadas para a extração em fase sólida de ácidos nuclei-cos. as nanomembranas de sílica inventivas são adequadas para a purificação e isolamento de ácido nucleico e melhor desempenho demonstrado do que partículas comerciais em termos de rendimento e integridade de recuperação de dna. além disso, as nanomembranas de sílica têm capacidade de ácido nucleico extremamente alta devido a sua área de superfície específica significantemente ampliada de sílica. métodos de uso e dispositivos compreendendo as nanomembranas de sílica tam-bém são fornecidos.
