Abstract
um sensor de monitoramento de pressão do pneu, compreendendo um alojamento tpms (10), um núcleo do sensor de pres-são (11), uma pcb, um circuito de processamento (12), uma bateria (13), uma antena de transmissão (14) e uma placa de cobertura metálica (15), em que o núcleo do sensor de pressão (11) compreende uma base do tubo (1), um elemento sensível à pressão de silício (2), um invólucro do sensor (3), um elemento de vedação (4), um corpo cerâmico (5), um meio de transmissão de detecção de pressão (6), um terminal de saída (7), um diafragma de detecção metálico (8) e uma cobertura protetora (9). o diafragma de detecção metálico (8) sente a pressão, o meio de transmissão da detecção de pressão (6) transmite a pressão para o elemento de detecção sensível à pressão (2) e, finalmente, o terminal de saída (7) libera um sinal de pressão; o ele-mento de vedação (4) é um anel em formato de o e é instalado no in-vólucro do sensor (3) para satisfazer a função de vedação; o corpo ce-râmico (5) e a base do tubo (1) são instalados no invólucro do sensor (3) para satisfazer as funções de conexão e sustentação e a cobertura protetora (9) se projeta para fora de um grande furto aberto no aloja-mento tpms (10), e uma pluralidade de aberturas ocas é disposta ne-le, de modo a proteger o diafragma de detecção metálico (8) enquanto garantindo que a medição da pressão não seja afetada.
