Abstract

SISTEMA DE ILUMINAÇÃO COMPACTO COM LEDS. A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema de iluminação compacto com LEDs para uso na indústria automotiva e, em particular, para sinalização da parte traseira de máquinas agrícolas. O sistema, de acordo com a invenção, compreende um alojamento (2), componentes eletrônicos de iluminação (3a, 3b), uma lente (4), elementos de fixação (5) e um elemento óptico protetor (6) que cobre os elementos de fixação (5) do sistema de iluminação no corpo de veículo, sendo que a lente (4) e o alojamento (2) são dotados de aberturas correspondentes (9, 19a e 9b, 19b), pelo menos dois dos mesmos, e com configurações adequadas para permitir o posicionamento dos elementos de fixação (5) na área central do sistema de iluminação (1); e a lente (4) tem uma superfície frontal (16), que compreende uma área de reentrância central (18) em que os ditos orifícios (19a, 19b) são dispostos, os quais continuam com alguns elementos tubulares (20, 21) orientados para dentro do sistema de iluminação, e que se estendem e se encaixam nos furos correspondentes (9a, 9b), durante a montagem da lente (4) e do alojamento (2).
