Trata-se de um mutante de subunidade beta-prime de RNA polimerase, um microrganismo do gênero Corynebacterium que inclui um polinucleotídeo que codifica o mesmo, e um método para produzir L-lisina cultivando-se o mesmo.BETA-PRIME SUBUNIT (B' SUBUNIT) MUTANT OF RNA POLYMERASE, POLYNUCLEOTIDE, VECTOR, MICROORGANISM OF THE GENUS CORYNEBACTERIUM AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING L-LYSINE. This is an RNA polymerase beta-prime subunit mutant, a microorganism of the genus Corynebacterium that includes a polynucleotide encoding the same, and a method for producing L-lysine by culturing the same.
