Abstract

a presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo para in-fluenciar a região de escoamento de uma placa de suporte de tubo de um trocador de calor de feixe de tubos, especialmente para a indústria de alimentos e bebidas, e nesse caso especialmente para produtos sensíveis a temperatura e/ou viscosos da indústria láctea, por exemplo, sobremesas, molhos ou concentrados, segundo a reivindicação 1. constitui objetivo da presente invenção aperfeiçoar de tal maneira um dispositivo do tipo segundo o gênero que a seja nitidamente reduzida a tendência à formação de depósitos na segunda placa de suporte de tubo do lado de saída e no segundo flange de trocador associado, no lado de saída. esse objetivo é alcançado pelo fato de que o canal (600d) do lado de saída em forma de compartimento anular apresenta ao menos por toda parte em sua região entre um máximo diâmetro externo (dmax) do corpo de deslocamento (12) do lado de saída e a segunda abertura de conexão (600a) uma seção transversal de passagem de canal (as), que possui uma seção transversal de passagem constante por todo o comprimento da região definida e que nessa região corresponde a uma seção transversal de passagem total (nai) de todos os tubos internos (300) atravessados em corrente em paralelo do número (n), que possuem respectivamente uma seção transversal de passagem individual (ai). (figura 2).
