Abstract
UNIDADE DE CONTROLE DE EIXO DE SUSTENTAÇÃO, SISTEMA DE SUSPENSÃO DE EIXO DE SUSTENTAÇÃO E VEÍCULO COMPREENDENDO O MESMO. A invenção se refere a uma unidade de controle de eixo de sustentação (1) para um sistema de suspensão de eixo de sustentação (30) de um veículo (1000), com a dita unidade de controle de eixo de sustentação (1) compreendendo pelo menos: uma unidade de controle eletrônico (4) recebendo pelo menos um primeiro sinal de entrada elétrica (S1) e um sinal indicativo de posição (S4), pelo menos uma porta de entrada de suprimento (100) a ser conectada a um reservatório de pressão (2), uma primeira porta de entrega (220) a ser conectada pelo menos a um fole de suspensão (14), e uma segunda porta de entrega (250) a ser conectada pelo menos a um fole de sustentação (16), uma válvula de detecção de carga (3) sendo conectável junto às partes variáveis de carga (1010) do dito veículo (1000) e entrega de um sinal de saída de pressão (p3) na dependência de uma carga de eixo mecânico do veículo (1000), uma primeira válvula de relé (6) conectada à dita primeira porta de entrega (220) para abastecimento do dito fole de suspensão (14), uma segunda válvula de relé (7) conectada à dita segunda porta de entrega (250) para abastecimento de pelo menos um fole de sustentação (16), uma válvula de solenoide (5) para recebimento de um sinal de controle elétrico (S5) a partir da dita unidade de controle eletrônico (4) e para conexão da dita válvula de detecção de carga (3) às ditas primeira e segunda válvulas de relés (6,7) ou separação da mesma em relação às ditas primeira e segunda válvulas de relés (6,7) na dependência do dito sinal de controle elétrico (S5).LIFTING SHAFT CONTROL UNIT, LIFTING SHAFT SUSPENSION SYSTEM AND VEHICLE COMPRISING THE SAME. The invention relates to a lift axle control unit (1) for a lift axle suspension system (30) of a vehicle (1000), with said lift axle control unit (1) comprising at least least: an electronic control unit (4) receiving at least a first electrical input signal (S1) and a position indicative signal (S4), at least one supply input port (100) to be connected to a reservoir of pressure (2), a first delivery port (220) to be connected to at least one suspension bellows (14), and a second delivery port (250) to be connected to at least one support bellows (16), a load detection valve (3) being connectable together with the load variable parts (1010) of said vehicle (1000) and delivering a pressure output signal (p3) in dependence on a mechanical axle load of the vehicle (1000 ), a first relay valve (6) connected to said first delivery port (220) for supplying said suspension bellows (14), a second relay valve (7) connected to said second delivery port (250) for supplying at least one sustaining bellows (16), a solenoid valve (5) for receiving an electrical control signal (S5) from said electronic control unit (4) and for connecting said load sensing valve (3) to said first and second relay valves (6,7) or separating the same in with respect to said first and second relay valves (6, 7) in dependence on said electrical control signal (S5).
