Abstract
resumo sistema magnético de medição para um detector de falhas com magnetização longitudinal a invenção relaciona-se com o campo magnético de detecção de defeitos, com dispositivos para o ensaio não destrutivo das condutas, e a um sistema de medição magnética para um detector de falha na linha. um sistema de medição magnética para um detector de falha tendo magnetização longitudinal é baseado em unidades de sensores combinados e faz com que seja possível detectar falhas na base de um campo de dispersão que se forma onde as falhas são presente, para determinar se uma falha refere-se à parede interna do um oleoduto, e a distorções de imagem na forma da parede interior da conduta, relacionadas com a mossas, costuras transversais, etc. as unidades de sensores combinados são instalados sobre um núcleo magnético cilíndrico de um detector de falha de secção única por meio de um anel de suportes móveis entre dois anéis de imans com polaridade opostas e elementos que transmitem fluxo magnético à parede interior da conduta. uma unidade de sensores combinados consiste em sensores de correntes de foucault e sensores hall para medir o componente transversal da indução do campo magnético, e de sensores hall para medir a componente longitudinal do campo magnético. um sensor de correntes de foucault, por sua vez, é constituído por duas bobinas de indução que são combinados num módulo e posicionados de modo coaxial, um em cima do outro. uma das bobinas de indução atua como uma bobina de referência, uma vez que está localizado num compartimento blindado que está isolada do ambiente externo no sentido da corrente eletromagnética, e a indutância da segunda, não isolados, a bobina de indutância é comparada com a indutância da bobina de referência.
