resumo “osteótomo de autoenxerto” a presente invenção se refere a um osteótomo sulcado que é rotacionado em uma direção para ampliar uma osteotomia polindo-se e cortando-se/perfurando-se quando girado em uma direção oposta. um corpo afunilado conicamente tem uma extremidade apical com abas. as abas são definidas para esmerilhar osso quando rotacionadas na direção de polimento e cortar osso quando flexionadas na direção de corte/perfuração. sulcos helicoidais e áreas de ocupação interpostas são dispostos acerca do corpo. cada sulco tem uma borda de trabalho que pole o osso quando rotacionada na direção de polimento e corta o osso quando girada na direção de corte/perfuração. as abas e áreas de ocupação geram uma força de reação axial de oposição que aprimora o controle cirúrgico. o osteótomo autoenxerta o osso reaplicando-se partículas esmerilhadas de uma maneira compacta ao longo de toda a profundidade da osteotomia, particularmente no fundo. 1/1
