Abstract
MÉTODO DE MODIFICAÇÃO DIRIGIDA DO MATERIAL GENÉTICO DE CÉLULAS DE ALGAS E CÉLULA DE ALGA GENETICAMENTE MODIFICADA. A presente invenção refere-se a um método de modificação de material genético em células de algas, que inclui o uso de endonuclease de corte raro para dirigir sequências genômicas específicas. Em particular, a presente invenção refere-se a um método de modificação de material genético em células de algas, em que endonuclease de corte raro, especialmente endonuclease de alojamento ou nuclease TALE, é expressa ao longo de várias gerações para modificar eficientemente as mencionadas sequências de genoma alvo.
