Abstract

ELEMENTO DE SEGURANÇA, USO DO MESMO, DOCUMENTO, MÉTODO PARA PROTEGER UM DOCUMENTO CONTRA FALSIFICAÇÃO E MÉTODO PARA AUTENTICAR UM DOCUMENTO. A presente invenção está relacionada a um elemento de segurança compreendendo, como um meio de autenticação e proteção contra falsificação, um mosaico quase cristalino não periódico bidimensional, dito mosaico sendo incorporado na forma de um material ou uma modificação de material em ou sobre dito elemento. A presente invenção também está relacionada a um documento compreendendo dito elemento de segurança, o uso de dito elemento de segurança como um meio de autenticação e proteção contra falsificação para um documento, bem como a um método de proteção de um documento contra falsificação, compreendendo uma etapa de incorporar um mosaico quase cristalino não periódico bidimensional, na forma de um material ou uma modificação de material em ou sobre um elemento de segurança compreendido por dito documento. A presente invenção também está relacionada a um método para autenticar um documento levando um mosaico quase cristalino não periódico bidimensional como um recurso de autenticação compreendendo uma etapa de calcular a Transformada de Fourier de uma imagem adquirida de dito documento ou artigo e comparar as partes discretas de dita Transformada de Fourier com a Transformada de Fourier discreta de um mosaico quase cristalino não periódico bidimensional servindo como o recurso de autenticação, por meio deste, derivando uma indicação de autenticidade.
