resumo patente de invenção: "disposição de fixação de parafuso de osso contra aperto excessivo". a presente invenção refere-se a uma disposição de fixação que compreende um elemento de retenção (2) e uma luva de aperto (3) que recebe um parafuso do osso (1). o parafuso do osso tem uma cabeça (13) e uma rosca secundária (12) e é montado articuladamente na luva de aperto. a luva de aperto tem uma seção que se projeta radialmente (34) no invólucro externo (30) da luva de aperto e pelo menos um trilho de uma rosca de aperto (32), que complementa a rosca secundária, no interior (31) da luva de aperto. no estado solto, é formada uma trajetória livre por um espaço livre na luva de aperto. uma seção projetada (34) é fornecida que engata em uma abertura (24) na base de recepção (23) em uma maneira de ajuste de forma e a seção espessa (15) é formada, de modo a expandir para a parte traseira na forma de um cone. o ângulo do cone (3) é selecionado, tal que a trajetória livre dividida pela tangente da metade do ângulo do cone (tan ß/2) corresponde com 0,5 a 2,5 vezes o passo da rosca (h) da rosca secundária. por meio do ângulo do cone selecionado dessa maneira, o espaço livre desaparece depois do aperto por um ângulo de aperto especificado. 1/1
