Abstract

resumo “rizobactérias bacillus firmus solubilizadoras de fosfato como biofertilizante para aumentar a produção de canola” uma rizobactéria promotora de crescimento de planta solubilizadora de fos-fato biologicamente puro (pgpr) xsb375 foi isolada de rizosfera de canola e identi-ficada como bacillus firmus é aqui fornecida. a pgpr é capaz de solubilizar fosfato que realça o fósforo disponível na planta. a pgpr xsb375 aumenta germinação de semente, florescimento precoce, vigor da planta, crescimento da raiz e parte aérea, e melhor rendimento de safra. este crescimento, desenvolvimento e rendimento de safra aumentado é atribuído de não apenas a maior solubilização de fosfato tornan-do o fósforo mais disponível à planta, mas também tornando outros nutrientes de planta essenciais mais disponíveis à planta e semelhantes. a aplicação destas pgpr solubilizadoras de fosfato pode ser feita como suspensão líquida ou materiais sólidos utilizando no solo, mistura de envasamento, sementes, pedaços de sementes, mudas, folha, materiais portadores, raízes e plantio do solo.
