Abstract
INDICAÇÃO DE FLUXO PROPORCIONAL SEM FIO PARA UM SISTEMA DE INFLAÇÃO DE PNEU. A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema de indicação de fluxo para um sistema de inflação de pneu central. O sistema de indicação de fluxo fornece um venturi em comunicação fluida com o conduto que fornece ar para um pneu. Realiza-se a leitura de pressão na entrada e na garganta do venturi e o ar que flui através do venturi é calculado com base no diferencial de pressão. De acordo com algumas modalidades, as leituras de pressão são fornecidas para um microcontrolador que usa uma tabela e algoritmos de interpolação para calcular o fluxo de ar que flui através do venturi, como a massa de ar em uma dada unidade de tempo (gramas/segundo, por exemplo). Em uma modalidade, dois sensores de pressão separados estão acoplados a diferentes extremidades de um orifício estreitado que ocasiona uma mudança de pressão no fluxo conforme a taxa de fluxo aumenta na garganta do sensor. Essa mudança de pressão é, então, usada para calcular um fluxo proporcional que pode ser, então, difundido para várias partes ao invés de uma leitura de ligado/desligado.
