Abstract
MÉTODO PARA SÍNTESE ESTEREOSSELETIVA DE 9-HIDRÓXI-5-OXO-1,4-DIAZA-ESPIRO[5.5]UNDECANOS 1,4-PROTEGIDOS. A presente invenção refere-se a um método para a preparação estereosseletiva de um composto de fórmula (5), opcionalmente na forma dos tautômeros do mesmo, (5) em que SG1 denota um grupo protetor selecionado dentre trifluoroacetila, acetila, benzoíla e pivaloíla, SG2 denota um grupo protetor selecionado dentre terc.-butoxicarbonila, etoxicarbonila e metoxicarbonila, compreendendo ainda as etapas de reação (C) e (D), em que (C) é a reação do composto de fórmula (3) para formar um composto de fórmula (4) e (D) é a redução do composto de fórmula (4) para formar um composto de fórmula (5), enquanto as etapas do processo (C) e (D) são realizadas sucessivamente na ordem mencionada.METHOD FOR STEREOSESECTIVE SYNTHESIS OF 1,4-PROTECTED 9-HYDROXY-5-OXO-1,4-DIAZA-SPIRO[5.5]UNDECANES. The present invention relates to a method for the stereoselective preparation of a compound of formula (5), optionally in the form of tautomers thereof, (5) in which SG1 denotes a protecting group selected from among trifluoroacetyl, acetyl, benzoyl and pivaloyl, SG2 denotes a protecting group selected from tert.-butoxycarbonyl, ethoxycarbonyl and methoxycarbonyl, further comprising reaction steps (C) and (D), wherein (C) is the reaction of the compound of formula (3) to form a compound of formula (3) formula (4) and (D) is the reduction of the compound of formula (4) to form a compound of formula (5), while process steps (C) and (D) are carried out successively in the mentioned order.
