Abstract

resumo “composto heterocíclico aromático contendo nitrogênio” é fornecido um composto útil como um agente profilático e/ou terapêutico para o câncer de bexiga. como resultado de estudos sobre compostos tendo ação inibidora de fgfr, os presentes inventores verificaram que os compostos aromáticos heterocíclicos contendo nitrogênio da presente invenção têm ação inibidora sobre fgfr1, fgfr2, e/ou fgfr3, particularmente, fgfr3 mutante, e assim, a presente invenção foi rea-lizada. o composto heterocíclico aromático contendo nitrogênio da presente inven-ção pode ser usado como um agente terapêutico para vários cânceres relacionados com fgfr1, fgfr2, e/ou de fgfr3, tais como o câncer do pulmão e câncer da mama r esistente à terapia hormonal, câncer do estômago, câncer da mama triplo negativo, câncer de endométrio, câncer de bexiga, e glioblastoma, particularmente, como um agente profilático e/ou terapêutico para o câncer de bexiga fgfr3-positivo mutante.
