resumo patente de invenção: "dispositivo de fechamento com liberação de pressão e saco para cozimento". a presente invenção refere-se a um conjunto de partes que compreende um saco de cozimento para guardar alimento a ser cozido em um forno de micro-ondas, o saco de cozimento tendo uma abertura de saco de cozimento e um dispositivo de fechamento com liberação de pressão, configurado para restringir a abertura do saco de cozimento quando prendendo o dispositivo de fechamento com liberação de pressão no exterior do saco de cozimento, com isso contraindo a abertura do saco de cozimento de modo a estabelecer um canal de vapor, pelo qual a pressão do gás no saco de cozimento pode ser liberada do saco de cozimento durante o cozimento em um forno de micro-ondas. adicionalmente, a presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de fechamento com liberação de pressão e um método de preparação do alimento usando um dispositivo de fechamento com liberação de pressão.
