The double-barrel heat exchanger (31) includes a plurality of vertical pipes (34A, 34B) arranged in upward and downward directions, and curved pipe (35) connecting ends of the plurality of vertical pipes (34A, 34B), the the outlet side end (33B) of the inner barrel (33) is provided at an upper end of the standpipe (34B), the inlet side end (33A) of the inner barrel (33) is provided at an upper end of the other standpipe (34A).
