Abstract
resumo bobina de radiofrequência eletromagnética transversa, e, sistema de ressonância magnética a presente invenção provê uma bobina de radiofrequência (1) eletromagnética transversa (tem) para um sistema de ressonância magnética, particularmente para um sistema de geração de imagem de ressonância magnética. em particular, o conceito da invenção provê uma bobina (1) na qual pelo menos uma das regiões de extremidade oposta da seção de tiras alongada (4) de cada elemento de bobina tem (2) apresenta uma extensão lateral (6) transversa a uma extensão longitudinal da seção de tiras (4). essas extensões laterais (6) se combinam a seções de tiras (4) para formar elementos de bobina tem em forma de u ou forma de l (2) e provêem contribuições de corrente do tipo anel resultando em redução da sensibilidade de z em comparação a uma bobina tem convencional. o resultado é um agrupamento de bobinas apresentando elementos de bobina tem (2) que provêem perfis de sensibilidade menor na direção z, ainda preservando as características de um aterramento de rf bem definido, por exemplo, via uma blindagem ou tela de rf (3). o campo de visão reduzido na direção z não somente reduz a recepção de ruído, mas também reduz a sar gerada nessas regiões durante transmissão. 1/1
