resumo patente de invenção: "método para aferição das condições dos cabelos e sistema de diagnóstico para prescrição de produto e/ou tratamento cosmético personalizado". a presente invenção refere-se a um método para aferição das condições dos cabelos idealizado para prescrever um produto e/ou tratamento cosmético personalizado, compreendendo as seguintes etapas: a) obter informações sobre os cabelos de pelo menos um usuário por meio de pelo menos um questionário com pelo menos uma questão que alia parâmetros de percepção tátil dos cabelos a pelo menos três atributos, definidos por maciez, penteabilidade e aspereza; b) as informações obtidas na etapa a em uma matriz de classificação de danos aos cabelos, a fim de obter pelo menos uma classificação sobre a condição dos cabelos do usuário; c) associar a classificação sobre a condição dos cabelos do usuário obtida na etapa b com as características de pelo menos um produto cosmético armazenado em um banco de dados que armazena registros de pelo menos um produto cosmético, a fim de obter pelo menos um resultado sobre o produto e /ou tratamento cosmético personalizado; e d) prescrever ao usuário pelo menos um produto e/ou tratamento cosmético personalizado de acordo com o resultado obtido na etapa c. é também descrito um sistema de diagnóstico das condições de cabelos utilizando pelo menos uma matriz de classificação de danos aos cabelos e um banco de dados.
