resumo patente de invenção: "cabeçote de descarga de fluidos". a presente invenção refere-se a cabeçote de descarga de fluido com uma luva de descarga (5) apresentando uma abertura de descarga (6), dentro da qual está disposta uma luva interna (7) que apresenta um canal de produto (8) e acolhe um corpo de válvula (10) elástico de fechamento automático da abertura de descarga (6) por uma mola de pressão (20), sendo que o corpo de válvula (10) é conformado como pistão cilíndrico que pode ser deslocado dentro de uma câmara cilíndrica (12) formada pela luva interna (7), em direção axial, sendo que estão previstos uma sede de válvulas superior (14) e uma sede de válvulas inferior (15) de válvula para as extremidades de pistão (16, 17) e o corpo de válvula (10) apresenta um disco de válvula intermediário (18) que forma um fundo de câmara e uma câmara pressurizada (19), acoplada ao canal de produtos (8), na qual, para abrir a sede de válvulas superior (14), pode ser regulada uma pressão de descarga de produto, sendo determinada uma característica de abertura por meio de uma relação de desmultiplicação dos diâmetros de abertura da câmara de cilindro (12) e da entrada de produto na região da sede de válvula (15) inferior, sendo a relação de desmultiplicação é superior a 2 e a escolha da dureza molar da mola de pressão (20) determina a pressão de descarga do produto dentro da câmara pressurizada (19).
