Abstract
vetor de expressão, método para aumentar peso da semente e/ou número de semente médio em planta, planta transgênica, semente, fruto, pólen, óvulo ou parte de qualquer uma de planta transgênica população de planta geneticamente relacionada e culturas de tecido a presente invenção fornece vetores de expressão compreendendo polinucleotídeos codificando sacaroses isomerases quiméricas e métodos de uso do mesmo. além disso, as plantas transgênicas expressando as referidas sacaroses isomerases quiméricas são fornecidas. além disso, os métodos para aumentar o peso da semente, número de semente e/ou tamanho da semente médios de uma planta usando as referidas sacaroses isomerases quiméricas são fornecidos.
