processo para aperfeiçoar teor de difusão para usuário a presente invenção propõe um processo para aperfeiçoamento de conteúdo de difusão de um evento recebido por um aparelho de televisão através de suprimento de informação adicional relacionada ao evento. um usuário faz uma mensagem de requisição para obtenção de mais informação através de um menu mostrado onde alguns itens são extraídos de difusão de metadados com o conteúdo. a mensagem de requisição, completada com dados de identificação e preferência de usuário, é enviada para um centro de gerenciamento. o último realiza uma busca em bases de dados locais ou bases de dados remotas de provedores distribuídos em uma nuvem compreendendo uma pluralidade de serviços e fontes de internet. os resultados de buscas são filtrados antes de envio para o aparelho de televisão em forma de dados aperfeiçoados compreendendo resumos incluindo pelo menos texto, ou qualquer combinação de texto com gráficos ou figuras.
