meio legível de computador não transitório; método para prover um dispositivo externo com uma sessão em um ambiente computadorizado distribuído e sistema para prover um dispositivo externo com uma sessão em uma ambiente computadorizado distribuído um sistema e método implementados em computador são divulgados pra prover um usuário com uma vista consistente de sessão de usuário em um ambiente distribuído, em que sessão exige estabelecer conversas entre o dispositivo externo (200,300,300') e servidores de aplicativos (a1,..., c4) de um sistema (100). o sistema (100) é provido com pelo menos um meio de encaminhamento (10,15) configurado para estabelecer, para uma dada sessão, uma conversa entre o dispositivo externo (200,300,300') e um dos servidores de aplicativos. estabelecer a conversa compreende as seguintes etapas desempenhadas nos meios de encaminhamento (10,15) com pelo menos um processador de dados: <sym> receber uma chamada a partir de um entre o servidor de aplicativo e o dispositivo externo para atingir o outro entre o servidor de aplicativo e o dispositivo externo; <sym> determinar se a chamada compreende um identificador de sessão (id), - se a chamada não compreende um id de sessão que identifique de modo único referida sessão, adicionar o id de sessão à chamada, armazenar o id de sessão e encaminhar a chamada para o outro entre o servidor de aplicativo e o dispositivo externo (200, 300, 300'), deste modo, estabelecer a conversa; - se a chamada já compreende um id de sessão, então encaminhar a chamada para o outro entre o servidor de aplicativo e o dispositivo externo (200,300,300') e permitir que referida conversa se junte a uma sessão já aberta que é identificada de modo único por referido id de sessão, desse modo estabelecer a conversa e possibilitar a conversa a compartilhar o contexto de referida sessão já aberta.
