Abstract
fio elástico, método para fabricar o referido fio e tecido elástico feito do mesmo. fio elástico de costura compreendendo linho e/ou ramiè e/ou cânhamo e uma corda elástica, com uma corda feita de um material elastomérico, e um fio substancialmente inextensível feito de linho e/ou ramiè e/ou cânhamo enrolado de forma helicoidal sobre o núcelo elastomérico em um número pré-determinado de voltas por unidade de comprimento do fio elástico, caracterizado pelo fato de que, para cada contagem métrica nm, o número de voltas do fio substancialmente inextensível do fio elástico, é definido entre dois valores indicados por duas curvas (12, 13) que podem ser expressos de acordo com as leis exponenciais, por exemplo, com o exponente, i.e., de acordo com as equações de forma t - k nm^ 0,327^, em que k é 20 e 50, respectivamente. especificamnete, uma curva intermediária 11 é tal que, ao escolher determinada contagem, inúmeras voltas próximas à curva 11, esse melhor equilíbrio de recurso é obtido. em uma realização exemplar, o núcleo compreende uma corda elástica exposta, i.e., uma corda elástica que não é revestida por outras fibras. em outra realização exemplar, o núcelo compreende uma corda elástica revestida com uma fibra natural como algodão ou viscose, ou com sua combinação. o fio elástico de costura de acordo com a invenção fornece os tecidos elásticos contendo linho e/ou ramiè, que tem, especificamente, uma melhor regularidade de superfície do que os tecidos elásticos bem conhecidos compreendendo o linho, e que é comparável com a regularidade dos tecidos elásticos compreendendo as fibras naturais, tais como, algodão, lã, etc. e fibras sintéticas, e também permite o uso de fios de ramiè e cânhamo para fabricar os fios elásticos de costura e tecidos, por exemplo, para fabricar os itens de pano. (fig 1)
