Abstract
acoplamento de tubulação. a presente invenção se refere a um acoplamento de tubulação compreendendo: - um primeiro elemento tubular (1) e um segundo elemento tubular (2) conectado para o primeiro elemento tubular (1) e formando um tubo alongado com o mesmo, em que o primeiro elemento tubular (1) é conectado para o segundo elemento tubular (2) por uma disposição de conexão que permite um enviasamento do primeiro elemento tubular (1) em relação para o segundo elemento tubular (2) dentro de uma faixa angular pré-determinada e referido acoplamento adicionalmente compreendendo: - um elemento de vedação anular (3) que é proporcionado entre e sobrepõe porções de extremidade opostas (12, 13) do primeiro e do segundo elementos tubulares (1, 2), em que o elemento de vedação anular (3) possui uma seção transversal geralmente configurada em (t); - referido elemento de vedação anular (3) compreendendo uma primeira porção (14) que forma uma haste de referida seção transversal configurada em (t) e se estende em uma direção radial do elemento de vedação anular (3) e define a periferia externa do mesmo; e - uma segunda porção por dois flanges opostos (15, 16) que formam a barra transversal da seção transversal configurada em (t) e definem a periferia interna do elemento de vedação anular (3); - em que um primeiro (15) de referidos flanges (15, 16) sobrepõe e está em contato de vedação com uma superfície circunferencial interna (17) do primeiro elemento tubular (1), e o segundo flange (16) sobrepõe e está em contato de vedação com uma superfície circunferencial interna do segundo elemento tubular (2). em concordância com a presente invenção, pelo menos um referido primeiro e segundo flanges (15, 16) apresenta uma protuberância arredondada (23, 24) que forma uma superfície periférica externa de referidos flanges (15, 16), e que esta protuberância (23, 24) está em contato de vedação com uma periferia interna (17, 18) de um de referidos elementos tubulares (1, 2) e se estende continuamente em torno da circunferência do elemento de vedação anular (3).
