Abstract
método e aparelho de processamento de delta de parâmetro de quantização para codificação de vídeo de alta eficiência. no desenvolvimento de codificação de víde ode alta eficiência corrente, cada lcu tem seu próprio parâmetro de quantização (qp) e a diferença entre um qp corrente e um qp de referência é transmitida em vez de o valor de qp propriamente dito. uma vez que a lcu é muito maior que o macrobloco do avc/h.264, usar um delta qp por lcu pode causar controle de taxa incapaz para se adaptar á taxa de bits rapidamente o suficiente. consequentemente existe uma necessidade de adotar delta qp em unidades menores que lcu para fornecer controle de taxa mais granular. além disso, é desejável desenvolver um sistema que seja capaz de promover delta qp mais flexível. desta maneira, processamento de parâmetro de quantização adaptativo é revelado onde um tamanho de cu mínima de qp para incorporar ou derivar um delta qp é indicado seletivamente no nível de fatia ou no nível de sequência/imagem. em uma variação, o delta qp é incorporado ou derivado somente se coeficientes de transformada quantizado diferentes de zero existirem em uma cu folha que é maior que o tamnho de cu mínima de qp. em uma outra variação, informação de parâmetro de quantização somente é incorporada ou derivada quando uma cu folha tem qualquer coeficiente de transformada quantizado diferente de zero. também em uma outra variação, uma sinalização é usada para indicar se um delta qp por lcu é transmitido se a lcu tiver qualquer coeficiente de transformada quantizado diferente de zero ou um delta qp por cu folha é transmitido se a cu folha tiver qualquer coeficiente de transformada quantizado diferente de zero.
