Abstract

unidade extradora para cabeça de colheideiras. unidade extradora (11) para cabeças de colheitadeiras, compreendendo um par de roletes de extração em contra rotação (13a, 13b) e um unidade de suporte de transmissão de movimento (15) com a qual são associados os roletes de extração, de modo a cooperarem um com o outro quando colocados em rotação em torno de seu eixo longitudional, cada rolete de extração compreende um corpo (17) no qual são definida uma porção cilíndrica traseira (17a) e uma porção frontal tronco-cônica (17b), a parede lateral (19) do corpo (17) sendo dotada em sua superfície externa de sulcos helicoidais longitudionais (21) que definem as projeções helicoidais (23) que terminam em correspondentes cirstais helicoidais (25), aptas para penetrar no sulco (21) definido entre as cristais helicoidais (25) do rolete adjacente durante a rotação dos roletes de extração, sendo que os sulcos hecoidais (21) e, de forma correspondentes, as projeções helicoidais (23) e as respectivas cristias helicoidais (25) apresentam um passp ap menos igual ao comprimento total do rolete correspondente e se estendem em ao menos parte da proção tronco-cônica.
