produtos tubulares petrolíferos com estrutura de fase dupla e método de produção dos mesmos. a presente invenção refere-se a um tubo de aço com estrutura de fase dupla que inclui, como composição química, em % em massa, c: 0,07% a 0,15% si: 0,1% a 0,5%, mn: 0,8% a 1,9%, nb: 0,020% a 0,10%, p: limitado a 0,05% ou menos, s: limitado a 0,01% ou menos, al: limitado a 0,1% ou menos, e um equilíbrio consistindo em ferro e impurezas inevitáveis, onde, quando [x] é quantidade de elemento x em % em massa, equivalente de carbono ceq definido pela equação de ceq = [c] + [mn] / 6 é 0,25 a 0,40 e [nb] x [c] <sym> 0,002 é satisfeita, e inclui, como estrutura metalográfica, em % em área, ferrita de 80% a 98% e martensita, austenita residual ou uma mistura das mesmas de 2% a 20% no total, onde o tamanho de grão médio de ferrita é 1<109>m a 2<109>m.
