Abstract
estrutura de conexão de um dispositivo com o conector e método de conexão do dispositivo com o conector a presente invenção envolve uma estrutura de conexão do derivador, transformador, relé e demais dispositivos com o conector, incluindo principalmente o conector e dispositivos. nos dois botões terminais de conexão da fiação há furos de conexão de fio. em um dos eixos terminais do conector há o conector cilindrico. as dimensões da parte externa do conector cilíndrico são compatíveis com as dimensões do furo de conexão do derivador. este tipo de estrutura de conexão faz uso do encaixe de um terminal do conector cilindrico do conector com o derivador, de modo que a conexão fica ainda mais firme, evitando processos complexos como a soldagem, além de diminuir o volume da estrutura total. além disto, este tipo de modo de conexão é simples, a produção e a montagem são convenientes, ao mesmo tempo em que não é fácil de afrouxar ou soltar. entre o conector cilindrico e o conector há a estrutura de plataforma redonda, que faz com que o contato entre derivador e o conector fique mais apertado, diminuindo a resistência elétrica de contato e aumentando a performance de uso do derivador. o conector cilindrico apresenta estrutura de dente serrilhado ou estrutura cilíndrica de plano lateral, fazendo com que o posicionamento do derivador e do conector seja ainda mais preciso e que a conexão fique ainda mais firme.
