Abstract
instalação de secagem de grãos. a presente invenção proporciona instalações de secagem de grãos que podem eficazmente usar a energia térmica de um ar quente de combustão de biomassa que tenha sido gerado em uma fornalha de combustão de biomassa. as instalações de secagem de grão adotam meios técnicos de proporcionar as instalções de secagem de grãos 1 que inclui: uma fornalha de combustão de biomassa 3 proporcionada com um trocador de calor 24 para a geração de ar quente com base no calor de combustão de um combustível de biomassa e um ar externo que tem sido tomado para dentro a do lado de fora; e um aparelho de secagem de grão do tipo circulador 2 proporcionado com uma parte de secagem de grão 7 para o qual o ar quente que tem sido gerado na fornalha de combustão de biomassa 3 é fornecida através de um cano 15 para o fornecimento de ar quente, onde o aparelho de secagem de grão do tipo circulador 2 descrito acima tem uma parte de aquecimento de grão 6 que tem uma pluralidade de canos de aquecimento 6a para aquecer os grãos no tanque de armazenagem/circulação de grãos 5 descrito acima, e também tem um exaustor de ar 14 que é comunicado com uma abertura de lado de exaustão 6c que é localizada em uma extremidade de lado de cada um dos canos de aquecimento 6a, e tem uma cano 11 para o fornecimento de um ar quente de exaustão, que se comunica com o ar quente de exaustão enviado a partir da fornalha de combustão de biomassa 3 descrita acima com uma abertura de lado de fornecimento 6b que é localizado na outra extremidade de lado do cano de aquecimento 6a.
