Abstract

CÁPSULA CONTENDO UMA DOSE DE UMA SUBSTÂNCIA PARA FAZER UMA BEBIDA, E MÉTODO PARA FAZER UMA BEBIDA USANDO A CÁPSULA. Uma cápsula para fazer uma bebida compreende um corpo principal em forma de copo (6) formando uma câmara de alojamento (7) contendo uma substância em pó ou líquido (2). O corpo principal (6) compreende uma parede inferior (8) e uma parede lateral (9) que tem uma parte inferior (10) conectada à parede inferior (8) e uma parte superior (11) que delimita uma abertura que é fechada por um elemento de proteção (17). A cápsula ainda compreende o meio de prolongação (18) que, seguindo um aumento na pressão interna da cápsula (1), permite um movimento longe do elemento de proteção (17) pela parte inferior (10) da parede lateral (9) e a parede inferior (8) conectado a ele. É ainda reivindicado um método que compreende inserir água e/ou vapor à cápsula (1) para aumentar a pressão interna da cápsula (1) e assim causar o movimento da parte inferior (10) da parede lateral (9) e da parede inferior (8) longe do elemento de proteção (17) até que a parede inferior (8) seja rasgada contra o meio de perfuração externo, assim permitindo que a bebida seja fornecida através da parede inferior (8).
