Abstract
terminal e método de comunicação do mesmo. a presente invenção refere-se a um terminal e um método de comunicação do mesmo, em que, até em um caso do emprego do sistema de agregação de portadora assimétrica e emprego, adicional, do método de transmissão mimo para canais e montante, pode se evitar que a característica de erro de informação de controle seja degradada. no terminal (200), uma unidade de formação de sinal de transporte (212) forma sinais de transporte mediante a disposição, com base em uma regra de disposição, de ack/nack e cqi em uma pluralidade de camadas. de acordo com a regra de disposição, um resultado de detecção de erro é disposto, em uma base de prioridade, em uma camada que é diferente de uma camada na qual a informação de qualidade de canal é disposta. desta forma, a perfuração de cqi com o uso de ack/nack pode ser minimizada, como consequência disto, pode se evitar a característica de erro de informação de controle seja degradada.
