Abstract
processo de pré-tratamento para alumínio e produto de limpeza de alta cauterização nele utilizado. a invenção refere-se a um produto de limpeza de alta carauterização para substratos de alumínio e liga de alumínio que leva a um desempenho aumentado de proteção á corrosão de uma variedade de pré-tratamentos anticorrosão. o produto de limpeza compreende níveis muito baixos de silicato de 0 a 250 ppm, de 50 a 500 ppm de pelo menos um agente quelante selecionado de edta ou os seus sais, nta ou os seus sais, dtpa, ou seus sais, ácido iminodissuccínico ou os seus sais, edds ou os seus sais, ácido tartárico ou os seus sais, ou uma mistura destes, e possui um ph elevado de 11,0 a 13,5. preferivelmente o produto de limpeza é usado para a cauterização de 0,5 a 4,0 gramas por metro quadrado dos substratos. os substratos tratados com o produto de limpeza e depois revestidos com uma variedade de pré-tratamentos anticorrosão e revestimentos externos apresentam resistência á corrosão acentuada em comparação com substratos limpos com produtos de limpeza padrão têm baixas taxas de cauterização, níveis elevados de silicato e nenhum agente quelante por pré-tratamentos anticorrosão e revestimentos externos.
