Abstract

pante de invenção:"método para o tratamento de fluxos de l´quido em uma fábrica de pasta química". a presente invenção refere-se a um método para tratar e utilizar os fluxos de líquido em uma fábrica de pasta química. o método compreende pelo menos os estágios a seguir: a) pasta química é produzida em um processo de cozimento alcalino; b) a massa marrom gerada no cozimento é tratada, o dito tratamento que compreende a lavagem da massa e, de prefer~encia, a deslignificação de oxigênio e a subsequente lavagem da massa; c) um processo de branqueamento para a massa marrom, a sequência de branqueamento que compreende pelo menos um estágio que usa o dióxido de cloro e adicionalmente pelo menos um estágio de brqanqueamento oxidante e que tem pelo menos dois estágios de lavagem para o tratamento da massa com os líquidos e para produzir os filtrados; e d) os filtrados do estágio c) são purificados em uma planta de tratamento de efluente da fábrica de pasta química, que compreende pelo menos o tratamento biológico para a obtenção do efuente purificado. o método compreende adicionalmente um estágio e), onde o efluente purificado com uma cor de 200 mg/l (cor r) ou mais e um valor de cod de mais de 150 mg/l é usado com o líquido de tratamento de pasta no estágio c).
