Abstract

MÉTODO PARA SELECIONAR EXERCÍCIOS A PARTIR DE UMA PLURALIDADE DE EXERCÍCIOS PARA UM USUÁRIO, DISPOSITIVO PARA SELECIONAR EXERCÍCIOS A PARTIR DE UMA PLURALIDADE DE EXERCÍCIOS PARA UM USUÁRIO E MEIO DE INFORMAÇÕES. Para fornece uma rápida e sistemática seleção de exercícios para um plano de treinamento de um usuário, a invenção propõe um método e dispositivo para selecionar exercícios, cada um de uma pluralidade de exercícios (E1 a E5) sendo associados com um conjunto de características e cada característica de um conjunto de características sendo associado com o conjunto de categorias (C1 e C2) para classificar a pluralidade de exercícios, o método compreende as etapas de: A. selecionar, de acordo com a entrada refletindo respostas para uma dada característica entre o dito conjunto de características, uma subsérie de categorias (C1) de um conjunto de categorias (C1 e C2) na qual é associado com a dita dada característica, em que a dita saída para o primeiro conjunto de entradas reflete informações do dito usuário; B. determinar um conjunto de exercícios com base na selecionada dita subsérie (C1). O método toma cada categoria como um todo e seleciona categorias adequadas, e então determina exercícios adequados dos exercícios determinados nas categorias adequadas. A presente invenção permite o exercício adequado a ser obtido mais rápido e sistematicamente comparao com a seleção de exercícios os checando um por um.
