Abstract

compressor de expansão esférico adaptado a condições de trabalho variáveis compressor de expansão adaptado a condições de trabalho variáveis com uma câmara interna esférica , que compreende um compressor de rotor rolante usando como compressor de primeiro estágio, câmaras de trabalho compressão, câmaras de trabalho de expansão , um tanques de gás e um circutio de controle de pressão. o circuito de controle de pressão é disposto entre o tanque de gás e uma válvula de entrada controlada para abrir/fechar de acordo com a pressão no tanque de gás. quando a pressão no tanque de gás exceder um valor estabelecido , a válvula de entrada controlada por pressão será fechada pelo circuito de controle de pressão. quando a pressão no tanque de gás retornar para o valor estabelecido, a válvula de entrada controlada pro pressão será aberta e o compressor de rotor rolante irá trabalhar normalmente. o meio de trabalho da compressão de primeiro estágio entra no tanque de gás , a pressão no tanque é mantida constante através da regulagem do circuito de controle de pressão. o meio de trabalho com pressão constante entra na compressão de segundo estágio , se expandindo então no estágio de expansão , formando assim o compressor de expansão esférico adaptado a condições de trabalho variáveis.
