Abstract
DISPOSITIVO DE ESTÍMULO PONTUAL A invenção refere-se a um dispositivo para as estimulações das terminações nervosas localizadas na região das orelhas, tal dispositivo tendo um gerador de corrente terapêutica alimentado por bateria (3) disposta em uma caixa (4) para ser usada na região da orelha, e o mesmo gerador fornecendo uma corrente terapêutica de baixa frequência. O gerador de corrente terapêutica (3) tem uma pluralidade de canais de saída (9a, 9b, 9c), em que cada canal de saída está associado ao seu próprio eletrodo de estímulo (6a, 6b, 6c), e estes canais de saída estão conectados a um circuito de micro computador (10) no lado da entrada. Cada canal de saída (9a, 9b, 9c) contém um amplicador (15a, 15b, 15c), controlado por um conversor digital-analógico (12) e desenhado para os amplificadores (15a, 15b, 15c), tal sinal provocando intensidade de corrente e o comportamento da tensão de estímulo adaptando-se ao valor da resistência em tal circuito e correspondendo a I = kR U = k-R, em que k é uma constante selecionável. Além disso, três canais de saída são preferencialmente providos, cada um associado ao seu eletrodo de estímulo próprio, e durante os períodos de fluxo da corrente, a corrente terapêutica alimentada a cada eletrodo de estímulo (6a, 6b, 6c) e estes canais de saída estão conectados a um circuito de micro computador (10) no lado da entrada. Cada canal de saída (9a, 9b, 9c) contém um amplificador) (15a, 15b, 15c), controlado por um conversor digital-analógico (12) e desenhando para sinais de saída bipolares. Um sinal de controle é preferencialmente alimentado para os amplificadores (15a, 15b, 15c), tal sinal provocando intensidade de corrente e o comportamentoda tensão de estímulo adaptando-se ao valor da resistência em tal circuito e correspondendo a I = kR U = k-R, em que k é uma constante selecionável. Além disso, três canais de saída são preferencialmente providos, cada um associado ao seu eletrodo de estímulo próprio, e durante os períodos de fluxo da corrente, a corrente terapêutica alimentada a cada eletrodo de estímulo (6a, 6b, 6c) é compensada cada vez com relação á intensidade e á polaridade pelas correntes terapêuticas sendo alimentadas para os outros eletrodos de estímulo (6a, 6b, 6c).
