Abstract
DISPOSITIVO DE SEPARAÇÃO PARA DISPOSITIVOS TUBULARES DE FLUXO PASSANTE A invenção se refere a um dispositivo de separação para dispositivos tubulares de fluxo passante (22) que são usados para transportar líquidos ou gases de poços perfurados na rocha ou poços profundos, onde o dispositivo de separação é adequado para separar areia e partículas de rocha e é constituído por: uma pilha anular (20) composta de discos duros e frágeis anulares, onde os discos (30) são empilhados e fixados de tal forma que entre cada um dos discos individuais (30) está presente uma lacuna de separação (37) para separar a areia e partículas de rocha, um elemento de acoplamento (18, 19) está presente em uma ou ambas as extremidades da pilha anular (20), um dispositivo de fixação que, primeiramente torna possível fixar de forma flexível os discos duros e frágeis (30) e em segundo lugar permite prender a pilha anular (20) de forma variável sobre o dispositivo tubular de fluxo passante (22) está presente em uma ou ambas as extremidades da pilha anular (20). A invenção também diz respeito à utilização de um dispositivo de separação de acordo com a invenção para separar areia e partículas de rocha em um processo para o transporte de líquidos ou gases de poços perfurados na rocha ou poços profundos por meio de dispositivos tubulares de fluxo passante.
