composição para obtenção de clarificante de caldo de cana-de-açúcar. trata-se a presente patente de invenção de uma composição para obtenção de clarificante de caldo de cana-de-açúcar, pertencente a área química, mais particularmente a composição tem a função reduzir a coloração do caldo da cana-de-açúcar, para leitura do caldo em equipamentos de laboratório com objetivo de determinar o teor de sacarose, bem como em processos de fabricação de açúcar cristal. a presente invenção, baseia-se numa composição a base de argila sódica natural - esmectita, associada a um polissacarídeo heteroxilano, além de ácido cítrico, com a função de agente clarificante de caldo de cana, usado na indústria sucroenergética, seja em análise de pagamento de cana por teor de sacarose no laboratório (pcts), seja no decantador no processo industrial, sempre com objetivo de clarificar o caldo, obtendo menor turbidez, mas sem interferir opticamente no leitor sacarimétrico (sacarímetro ou polarímetro).composition for obtaining sugarcane juice clarifier.
