Trata -se da presente invenção de uma composição para um produto alimentício do tipo empanado de requeijão cremoso, processo de fabricação de um produto alimentício do tipo empanado de requeijão cremoso e produto alimentício resultante, onde, mais particularmente, o produto alimentício tipo empanado de requeijão cremoso notadamente para consumo imediato, tern a massa preparada à partir de ingredientes convencionais, porém adotando uma composição específica que produz uma empanado com recheio de requeijão cremoso com consistência bem mais rígida que a convencional, resultando em um empanado com recheio de requeijão, leve, consistente, altamente crocante e com coloração similar ao amarelo acobreado.COMPOSITION FOR A FOOD PRODUCT OF THE BREADED CREAM CHEESE TYPE, MANUFACTURING PROCESS OF A FOOD PRODUCT OF THE BREADED CREAM CHEESE TYPE AND RESULTING FOOD PRODUCT. It is the present invention of a composition for a breaded type of cream cheese food product, process for manufacturing a breaded type of cream cheese food product and resulting food product, where, more particularly, the breaded type of cream cheese food product creamy notably for immediate consumption, has the dough prepared from conventional ingredients, however adopting a specific composition that produces a breading with a creamy curd filling with a much more rigid consistency than the conventional one, resulting in a breading with a curd filling, light, consistent, highly crunchy and with a color similar to coppery yellow.
