Description
The present invention is applied in the architecture and civil construction segment, and refers to an unprecedented design of a bridge to enable the fixing of a number of railings for terraces, staircases, among others. Therefore, this Pontalete was developed with the aim of providing easy installation and fixing of the aforementioned Mount, and at the same time, meeting the demanding mechanical resistance requests to which this type of element is subject.
It is known that in buildings that contain staircases, walkways, terraces, balconies or balconies above ground level, and that have at least one edge unguarded per wall and, therefore, subject to falls by users, installation becomes mandatory of an architectural element called a guardrail, which comprises a railing or plates - normally made of glass - with a height of around one meter, and which is installed on at least one of the edges of staircases, walkways, terraces, balconies or balconies . In turn, most of the guardrails have as one of their constituent elements a mullion, which is a vertical profile, whose lower end is fixed to the floor of the building - normally next to an edge - while its upper end receives the assembly of a horizontal profile, which is called a sill.
In turn, the fixing of the upright to the floor of the building - especially those close to edges with risk of falling - must comply with strict safety standards, thus ensuring that the user does not suffer accidents (falls) when leaning on the guard -body. Therefore, a model for fixing the upright to the floor was established, through the use of an intermediate assembly element, which is called “Pontalete”, and which comprises, above, a vertical and longitudinal profile, under the which project vertically and downwards one or more aluminum or steel bars - normally of round section - which are called anchor bolts, and which are introduced inside vertical holes that are made in the masonry under the floor, and can be fixed by means of a binding and solidifying mass; or through mechanical fixation, such as Parabolt, among others. And the upright, in the form of a tubular profile, is assembled and fixed to the Pontalete - normally using screws. In practice, the number of anchor bolts used to form the spike is calculated according to the stress requests to which the guardrail will be subjected, with one, two or more anchor bolts being able to be used, depending on the need. Therefore, what usually happens is that, in the case of using two or more anchor bolts, they are structurally interconnected, in order to react to the efforts together. In turn, patent document PI 0304460-2 proposes a spike model whose anchors comprise a pair of solid metallic bars - with a round cross-section - which are arranged side by side and parallel to each other, and are joined together at the top. by means of a bridge in the form of a profile with a cross-section in the shape of the letter “H” - with a larger central wall, at the ends of which a smaller perpendicular side wall is formed, respectively - also made of steel, with both elements - pair of bars and bridge - fused together, thus forming a single-body element. Therefore, the bars are joined to the bridge in the region of the ends of its central wall, that is, in that region where the said central wall is connected to the perpendicular side walls, which have the function of promoting the fitting of the spike to the tubular profile that makes up the upright, which has an internal geometry designed for this.
The embodiment described above presents considerable drawbacks and limitations, as the manufacture of the “Pontalete” element requires machining operations, as its profile is obtained through extrusion, so that part of the length of the walls that make up the bridge must be removed, in order to keep only a portion of the bars (anchors), which will be inserted into the holes made in the masonry under the floor. These operations cause considerable disruption, requiring adequate machinery and specialized labor to carry out the machining, which involves costs with equipment, employees, and time spent, which reflects on the final cost of the service and product offered; in addition to the waste of material resulting from machining. Another limitation of this model presented in the aforementioned patent document is the fact that the industry must manufacture different models, according to the number of anchors required by the project, that is: if the project requires only one anchor, the industry must manufacture the same , excluding extrusion and/or machining to remove a second anchor bolt, which also requires labor and other resources. In the case of a project that requires three anchor bolts, it is necessary to use a modified extrusion matrix, or produce the aforementioned anchor bolt through machining or welding processes, which makes the final product considerably expensive, in addition to the fact that welding results in regions more prone to oxidation, among other drawbacks.
With the aim of solving such inconveniences, the present invention was developed. An unprecedented tip is being proposed for fixing the railing upright to the masonry (concrete) floor. The aforementioned Pontalete was designed under a modular concept. So the bars (anchors) are separate threaded bars, the upper end of which is fixed by means of a respective pair of nuts and a long rectangular washer that is equipped with two holes. While the spike comprises a tower obtained from the transverse section of an extruded profile, resulting in its upper region having a plurality of eyes for screwing the upright - tubular - whilst, in the region of the lower end of said spike, a base is formed. , comprised of a transverse and inferiorly open channel, whose geometry is designed to retain that rectangular washer into which the anchor bolts have their upper ends screwed through their respective pairs of nuts. And so, the complete Pontalete set can be obtained without involving machining or welding operations, avoiding their respective inconveniences; Furthermore, that rectangular washer can be equipped with a hole or two (or more), according to the number of anchor bolts - threaded bars - needed, according to the effort requests of the guardrail project.

According to these illustrations and in their details, the present Invention: POINT FOR FIXING A GUARDRAIL MOUNT primarily comprises a Stand (M), consisting of a tubular profile segment with a rectangular cross-section. In turn, a Pontalete element is also included, which comprises a lower base (B), on which a rod (H) with a narrow but elongated rectangular cross-section rises vertically, which has in its middle region and also at its upper end the formation of a respective pair of “wings” (1), each one equipped with a longitudinal eyelet (O) horizontal on its outer edge.
Said base (B) also presents from its lower face the formation of a horizontal longitudinal slot, the shape of which is defined primarily by a lower horizontal indentation (2); above which a horizontal neck (3) is formed; above which an upper horizontal indentation (4) is formed; and above which an upward vertical indentation (5) is formed. The present Tip also comprises a rectangular washer (A), which is provided with two circular holes (6) aligned longitudinally. Therefore, through each hole (6) the upper region of a threaded bar (R) is introduced; onto the upper end of which an upper nut (7) is screwed, thus being positioned on the upper face of the washer (A); whilst, under the lower face of the washer (A), a lower nut (8) is screwed onto said threaded bar (R); and in this arrangement, the washer (A) is inserted into that upper horizontal recess (4) of the base (B) of the Tip, so that the upper nut (7) is housed inside the upward vertical recess (5); while the lower nut (8) is housed inside the lower horizontal recess (2), being screwed there against the lower face of the neck (3), promoting the interfixation of the assembly.
