Abstract

Garment, characterized by the fact that it comprises: a front panel that has an outer surface and an inner surface; a back panel having an outer surface and an inner surface; wherein the back panel is coupled to the front panel at first and second seams so that the respective internal surfaces face each other; wherein the outer surface of the front panel comprises a front outer fabric layer; wherein the inner surface of the front panel comprises a lining material on each tooth, a lower portion and a chest portion of the inner surface of the front panel and a compression layer material on a trunk portion of the inner surface of the front panel coupled to the lining material in each of the lower portion and chest portion; wherein the outer surface of the back panel comprises a back outer fabric layer; wherein the inner surface of the back panel comprises a first arcuate portion of compression layer material along the first seam and a second arcuate portion of compression layer material along the second seam and a lining material extending from a upper portion of the back panel surface to a lower portion of the back panel surface coupled to the two arched portions so that the two arched portions are separated by the lining material; and wherein the compression layer material has a higher elastic modulus than the respective elastic modulus of each of the outer fabric layer and the lining material.

2. A piece of clothing according to claim 1, wherein the piece of clothing comprises a swimsuit that further comprises: first and second leg openings, defined by first and second panels in the lower portion of the swimsuit , wherein first and second arched portions extend from the upper portion of the back panel surface to a first and second leg openings, respectively.

A piece of clothing according to claim 1, wherein the piece of clothing comprises a dress that further comprises: a skirt portion, defined by first and second panels in the lower portion of the dress, wherein the first and second arched portions extend from the upper portion of the back panel surface to the lower portion of the skirt portion.

4. Garment according to claim 1, characterized in that it further comprises: a front opening, defined in the front panel, which extends along the chest portion and ends in the torso portion.

5. Article of clothing according to claim 4, characterized in that it further comprises: at least one of a zipper, a shoelace and a clasp, located on the front panel, configured to close and open the front opening.

6. Garment according to claim 1, characterized by the fact that it further comprises: a rear opening, defined in the rear panel, extending between the first and second arched portions.

7. Article of clothing according to claim 6, characterized in that it further comprises: at least one of a zipper, a shoelace and a clasp, located on the back panel, configured to close and open the rear opening.

8. Garment according to claim 1, characterized in that the compression layer material comprises multiple layers of material.

Garment, characterized by the fact that it comprises: a front panel having an outer surface and an inner surface; a back panel having an outer surface and an inner surface; wherein the back panel is coupled to the front panel at first and second seams so that the respective internal surfaces face each other; wherein the inner surface of the back panel comprises a first arcuate portion of compression layer material along the first seam and a second arcuate portion of compression layer material along the second seam and a lining material extending from a an upper portion of the back panel surface to a lower portion of the back panel surface coupled to the two arched portions so that the two arched portions are separated by the lining material; and wherein the compression layer material has a higher elastic modulus than the respective elastic modulus of the lining material.

Garment according to claim 9, characterized by the fact that: the inner surface of the front panel comprises lining material in each of a lower portion and a chest portion of the inner surface of the front panel and a material of compression layer on a torso portion of the inner surface of the front panel coupled to lining material on each of the lower portion and chest portion.

11. Garment according to claim 10, characterized by the fact that: the outer surface of the front panel comprises a front outer fabric layer; and wherein the outer surface of the back panel comprises a back outer fabric layer.
