Abstract

aquecedor elétrico econômico de fluídos. aquecedor elétrico de fluídos (líquidos ou gasosos), que utiliza resistência elétrica para aquecer gradualmente um fluxo de massa fluída, ao longo de um percurso determinado, podendo esse percurso tubular ser linear ou não (tubo reto ou em forma de serpentina, espiralada, helicoidal, etc.). esse aquecimento gradual faz com que a potência necessária para aquecer a massa fluída seja bem menor do que a potência de um aquecedor atual tradicional necessita para aquecer a mesma massa, pois o tempo de contato com a fonte de calor será bem maior. com isso, o consumo de energia elétrica será reduzido, diferenciando dos aquecedores tradicionais; trazendo economia energética para o consumidor; poupando assim os recursos ambientais para a geração de energia elétrica. o aumento do tempo de contato da massa fluída com a fonte de calor produz a energia necessária para o aquecimento do delta de temperatura com uma potência menor, esse é o principal diferencial dessa proposta em relação ao estado da técnica existente.
