Abstract

Trata-se de embalagem (10) para transporte de alimentos prontos para consumo tais como pizzas, tortas, esfihas, salgados, entre outros; dita embalagem (10) é do tipo compreendida por receptáculo (11) e tampa (12), ambos, confeccionados a partir de corte e vinco em lâminas de papelão laminado ou não, ou ainda micro ondulado, entre outros; dito receptáculo (11) prevê abas de travamento (AB) verticalizadas em relação a borda do receptáculo (11) para acoplamento em múltiplos recortes (12A) previstos próximos das bordas livres (12b) da tampa (12), a qual é constituída por uma lâmina única de formato periférico idêntico ao formato do receptáculo (11).

IMPROVEMENTS IN PACKAGING FOR TRANSPORTATION OF READY-TO-EAT FOOD

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION

US8365981B1 revela um dispositivo para suportar uma segunda pizza em uma caixa de pizza retangular que contém uma primeira pizza. STATE OF THE TECHNIQUE

[010] Em pesquisa realizada em bancos de dados especializados foram encontrados documentos referentes à embalagem para transporte de alimentos prontos, tal como, o documento de n⍛. BR20.2019.004879-0 que apresenta uma embalagem para pizza, compreendida por um conjunto formado por uma base, uma pluralidade de apoios e uma tampa. A base tem formato circular e é provida ao centro de um ressalto troncônico que serve de apoio da tampa, para que a mesma não afunde quando numa condição de empilhamento, sendo composta ainda de uma pluralidade de regiões de formato predominantemente triangular delimitadas por ressaltos que servem para colocação dos apoios. Os apoios têm formato predominantemente triangular e são providos de alças em uma de suas extremidades. Dita embalagem (10) é do tipo compreendida por receptáculo (11) e tampa (12), ambos, confeccionados a partir de corte e vinco em lâminas de papelão laminado ou não, ou ainda micro ondulado, entre outros, sendo que dito receptáculo (11) é obtido a partir de lâmina quadrangular (11A) (ver figura 1A) onde são praticados vincos transversais (Vt1), vincos longitudinais (Vt2) e vincos oblíquos (Vt3) que quando dobrados compõe uma área central plana (11B), beirais de travamento (11C) e paredes laterais (11D), além de prever recortes oblongos (11f) próximos aos vincos oblíquos (Vt3) para a montagem das abas (11e).
