Abstract

“DIFUSOR PARA SECADOR DE CABELO”, difusor (1) dotado de adaptador (2) para encaixe no bocal (b) do secador (S), em forma de copo cilíndrico, em cuja extremidade aberta (2a) são previstos pares de rasgos (3) que delimitam a formação de linguetas flexíveis (4), enquanto que, da borda da base circular fechada (2b) do referido adaptador (2), projeta-se para frente e para cima uma pluralidade de hastes oblíquas ocas (5), comunicáveis com o espaço cilíndrico interno delimitado pelo corpo (2), e dispostas radialmente em relação ao referido corpo (2), formando um “leque” de hastes; ditas hastes (5) são dotadas de aberturas (5a) dispostas espaçadamente ao longo de suas faces superior e laterais, permanecendo sua face inferior (5b) totalmente fechada, isenta de aberturas; a face inferior isenta de aberturas (5b) de cada uma das referidas hastes oblíquas ocas (5) delimita, umas com as outras, a formação de uma superfície inferior completamente fechada, desenvolvida em um plano curvo ideal condizente com a curvatura da cabeça do usuário, e impeditiva da passagem do ar para o couro cabeludo, dito ar sendo direcionado sempre de dentro para fora, ou seja, do couro cabeludo para os fios.

DIFFUSER FOR HAIR DRYER

TECHNICAL FIELD

[001] A presente patente de Invenção refere-se a um novo difusor para secador de cabelo, passível de ser encaixado no bocal de todo e qualquer modelo de secador existente no mercado, e dotado de um sistema de distribuição de ar totalmente inovador em relação ao dos difusores conhecidos até o presente, sistema este que, além de revolucionário, proporciona conforto e comodidade substancialmente maiores quando comparado com os modelos de difusores existentes.[001] The present invention patent refers to a new diffuser for a hair dryer, capable of being fitted to the nozzle of any type of dryer on the market, and equipped with a totally innovative air distribution system in relation to to that of the diffusers known to date, this system, in addition to being revolutionary, provides substantially greater comfort and convenience when compared to the existing diffuser models.

DESCRIPTION OF TECHNICAL STATUS

[002] Como é do conhecimento da técnica, nem todos os estilos de cabelo podem ser secados satisfatoriamente usando-se os secadores de cabelo convencionais. De fato, ao se direcionar o jato de ar quente proveniente do secador diretamente sobre os fios de cabelo, obtém-se um efeito de alisamento dos mesmos. Porém, nem sempre tal efeito é desejado. Em muitos casos, mais especificamente, em cabelos cacheados ou encaracolados, o efeito desejado é justamente o oposto, ou seja, o de não alisar os fios de cabelo, mas sim, o de modelar seus cachos naturais.[002] As is known in the art, not all hair styles can be dried satisfactorily using conventional hair dryers. [003] Por essa razão, uma vasta gama de dispositivos acessórios tem sido desenvolvida para encaixe no bocal dos secadores. [006] Construtivamente, e de um modo geral, tais difusores compreendem um corpo em forma de tigela, em cuja superfície posterior externa, convexa, é previsto um adaptador tubular central para encaixe no bocal do secador de cabelo, e cuja superfície frontal interna, côncava, define uma área de distribuição do ar, da qual se projeta uma pluralidade de hastes ocas, providas de aberturas em suas extremidades e/ou ao longo de todo o seu comprimento. Com essa construtividade, parte do jato de ar quente proveniente do bocal do secador é direcionada para a superfície interna côncava do difusor, sendo por ela espalhada para uma maior área de cabelos, enquanto que a outra parte do jato de ar é direcionada para as hastes ocas do difusor, sendo por elas dividida em diversos jatos menores igualmente direcionados aos fios de cabelo.[006] Constructively, and in general, such diffusers comprise a bowl-shaped body, in whose outer, convex rear surface, a central tubular adapter is provided for fitting into the nozzle of the hair dryer, and whose internal front surface, concave, defines an air distribution area, from which a plurality of hollow rods protrude, provided with openings at their ends and/or along their entire length. [007] Ainda que passíveis de serem empregados para secar todos os tipos de cabelo, estes difusores destinam-se mais especificamente à secagem de cabelos cacheados ou encaracolados, uma vez que a dispersão do ar quente por eles proporcionada auxilia a modelagem natural dos cachos, sem alisá-los.[007] Although they can be used to dry all types of hair, these diffusers are more specifically intended for drying curly or curly hair, since the dispersion of hot air provided by them helps the natural shaping of curls, without smoothing them.

[008] Também já é do conhecimento da técnica a existência de um modelo de acessório construtivamente diferente dos usuais difusores do tipo acima mencionados, o qual foi descrito e ilustrado no pedido de patente brasileiro PI 0603255-9. PROBLEMS OF THE STATE OF THE TECHNIQUE

[010] Em seus estudos e pesquisas sobre o assunto, o Depositante constatou que, em todos os modelos de difusor conhecidos da técnica, tanto o ar espalhado pela sua superfície interna côncava, como o ar proveniente das aberturas previstas em suas hastes, são direcionados de fora para dentro, ou seja, dos cabelos para o couro cabeludo.[010] In his studies and research on the subject, the Depositor found that, in all diffuser models known in the technique, both the air spread across its concave internal surface, as well as the air from the openings provided in its rods, are directed from the outside in, that is, from the hair to the scalp.

[011] Com isso, o couro cabeludo é sempre submetido às altas temperaturas do ar quente que sai dos difusores, o que gera um certo desconforto para o usuário, exigindo muitas vezes que se interrompa a secagem por alguns minutos ou se diminua a temperatura do ar do secador, para se obter um resfriamento momentâneo do couro cabeludo, aliviando a sensação de calor do usuário.[011] With this, the scalp is always subjected to high temperatures of the hot air that comes out of the diffusers, which generates a certain discomfort for the user, often requiring that drying is interrupted for a few minutes or the temperature of the air from the dryer, to obtain a momentary cooling of the scalp, relieving the user's feeling of heat.

[012] E mesmo com relação ao acima mencionado acessório em forma de mão humana, constatou o Depositante que também neste modelo, uma parte do ar proveniente das aberturas previstas nos seus dedos é igualmente direcionada de fora para dentro, ou seja, dos cabelos para o couro cabeludo, com o que, também neste acessório, o couro cabeludo é demasiadamente aquecido, gerando o mesmo desconforto dos difusores em forma de tigela.[012] And even with regard to the aforementioned accessory in the shape of a human hand, the Depositor found that also in this model, a part of the air coming from the openings provided in their fingers is also directed from the outside to the inside, that is, from the hair to the scalp, with which, also in this accessory, the scalp is overheated, generating the same discomfort as the bowl-shaped diffusers.

OBJECTIVES AND SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[013] Visando solucionar esse grande inconveniente dos difusores em geral, tanto os em forma de tigela (com superfície interna côncava), como aquele específico em forma de mão humana, o Depositante desenvolveu este novo “DIFUSOR PARA SECADOR DE CABELO”, o qual é formado por um adaptador central para encaixe no bocal do secador de cabelo (tal como previsto nos difusores usuais conhecidos da técnica).[013] Aiming at solving this great inconvenience of diffusers in general, both bowl-shaped (with concave internal surface) and specific one in the shape of a human hand, the Depositor developed this new "HAIR DRYER DIFFUSER", which it is formed by a central adapter for fitting into the nozzle of the hair dryer (as provided in the usual diffusers known in the art).

[014] Porém, diferentemente de todos os difusores conhecidos, a partir do referido adaptador central, é prevista uma pluralidade de hastes oblíquas ocas, dispostas radialmente em relação ao referido adaptador, hastes ocas estas dotadas de aberturas apenas nas suas faces superior e laterais, permanecendo sua face inferior totalmente fechada, isenta de aberturas, e, portanto, sem qualquer possibilidade de permitir a passagem do ar quente proveniente do secador diretamente para o couro cabeludo.[014] However, unlike all known diffusers, from said central adapter, a plurality of oblique hollow rods is provided, arranged radially in relation to said adapter, hollow rods which are provided with openings only on their upper and side faces, its lower face remains completely closed, free of openings, and therefore without any possibility of allowing the passage of hot air from the dryer directly to the scalp.

[017] Além do substancial maior conforto conferido ao usuário, já mencionado anteriormente, este novo sistema de distribuição de ar proporciona ao difusor ora inovado uma outra excepcional vantagem técnica e funcional em relação a todos os modelos de difusores comercializados no mercado, qual seja: em função de o ar quente não ser mais aplicado de fora para dentro (dos fios para o couro cabeludo), e sim, de dentro para fora (do couro cabeludo para os fios), ocorre uma diminuição da pressão sobre as moléculas de água presentes nos fios úmidos de cabelo, com uma subsequente maior manutenção do calor do ar que sai do secador, o que acelera o processo de evaporação das referidas moléculas, reduzindo, consequentemente, o tempo de secagem.[017] In addition to the substantial greater comfort given to the user, as mentioned above, this new air distribution system provides the now innovated diffuser with another exceptional technical and functional advantage compared to all diffuser models sold on the market, namely: because the hot air is no longer applied from the outside to the inside (from the hair to the scalp), but from the inside to the outside (from the scalp to the hair), there is a decrease in pressure on the water molecules present in damp hair strands, with a subsequent greater maintenance of the heat of the air leaving the dryer, which speeds up the evaporation process of these molecules, consequently reducing the drying time.

[019] Adicionalmente, as hastes ocas oblíquas do difusor em questão apresentam uma série de detalhes construtivos inovadores, que otimizam ainda mais a operação de secagem, quais sejam:

- as extremidades das referidas hastes ocas oblíquas apresentam-se em forma de pontas afuniladas, permitindo a penetração das mesmas por baixo dos fios de cabelo, rente ao couro cabeludo, facilitando em muito o trabalho do cabelereiro;
- cada uma das referidas hastes ocas oblíquas é provida de um respectivo friso inferior saliente, que configura um elemento distanciador capaz de evitar o contato direto da superfície inferior quente das referidas hastes com o couro cabeludo, proporcionando maior conforto ao usuário; e
- as aberturas previstas apenas nas faces superior e laterais das referidas hastes ocas oblíquas apresentam dimensões progressivamente crescentes à medida que se aproximam das extremidades das mesmas, de modo a proporcionarem uma saída uniforme do ar ao longo de todos os trechos das referidas hastes, e consequentemente, uma secagem uniforme de todo o cabelo.

- the ends of said oblique hollow rods are in the form of tapered tips, allowing their penetration under the hair strands, close to the scalp, greatly facilitating the hairdresser's work;
- each of said oblique hollow rods is provided with a respective protruding lower frieze, which configures a spacer element capable of avoiding direct contact of the hot lower surface of said rods with the scalp, providing greater comfort to the user; and
- the openings provided only in the upper and lateral faces of said oblique hollow rods have progressively increasing dimensions as they approach the ends of the same, in order to provide a uniform air outlet along all sections of said rods, and consequently , an even drying of the entire hair.

DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS

[020] Para ilustração e perfeita visualização do novo difusor para secador de cabelo, objeto da presente patente, são apresentados os seguintes desenhos:

- a Figura 1 é uma perspectiva superior do difusor ora inovado;
- as Figuras 2 e 3 são perspectivas inferiores do referido difusor, tomadas a partir de dois ângulos diferentes;
- as Figuras 4 e 5 ilustram o referido difusor respectivamente através de vista superior e vista inferior;
- a Figura 6 é outra perspectiva, mostrando o difusor em questão devidamente acoplado ao bocal de um secador de cabelo; e
- a Figura 7 ilustra, em uma sequência (quadros A, B e C), como o difusor ora inovado é utilizado, ou seja: fazendo-se suas hastes ocas oblíquas penetrarem por baixo dos fios de cabelo, rente ao couro cabeludo, valendo-se das pontas afuniladas das referidas hastes, de modo que as faces inferiores das referidas hastes, isentas de aberturas, impeçam a passagem do ar em direção ao couro cabeludo; as setas ilustradas no quadro C da referida figura indicam o sentido do fluxo do ar que sai do difusor (de dentro para fora, ou seja, do couro cabeludo para os fios).

- Figure 7 illustrates, in a sequence (frames A, B and C), how the now innovated diffuser is used, that is: making its oblique hollow rods penetrate under the hair strands, close to the scalp, valid - the tapered ends of said rods, so that the undersides of said rods, free of openings, prevent the passage of air towards the scalp; the arrows illustrated in table C of the aforementioned figure indicate the direction of the air flow leaving the diffuser (from the inside to the outside, that is, from the scalp to the hairs).

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

- cada uma das referidas hastes ocas oblíquas (5) é provida de um respectivo friso inferior saliente (7), que se prolonga pela que configura um elemento distanciador capaz de evitar o contato direto da superfície inferior quente das referidas hastes (5) com o couro cabeludo, proporcionando maior conforto ao usuário; e
- as aberturas (5a) previstas apenas nas faces superior e laterais das referidas hastes ocas oblíquas (5) apresentam dimensões progressivamente crescentes à medida que se aproximam das extremidades das mesmas, de modo a proporcionarem uma saída uniforme do ar ao longo de todos os trechos das referidas hastes (5).
