Abstract

Para expor sinalização veicular a partir da parede traseira (P) do baú (B) da motocicleta (após o acionamento pelo motorista) de setas para convergências laterais e de freada. Para tanto, o baú (B), quando de sua produção conforma na parede traseira (P) uma área central (1) de material translúcido dividida em três janelas com duas cores diferentes, formando janelas laterais (2) e (3) e janela central (4), translúcidas, de modo que essa área central (1), pelas suas janelas laterais (2) e (3) e central (4) recebe a correspondência de uma estrutura de LED’s (5) composto por quadros laterais (6) e (7) e central (8), e com isso, o quadro (6) lateral é ligado ao acionador da seta esquerda e alinhado à janela lateral (2), ao passo que o outro quadro lateral (7) é ligado ao acionador da seta direita e alinhado à janela lateral (3) e o quadro central (8) é ligado ao acionador de freio e alinhado à janela central (4), ao passo que quando do uso da motocicleta, ao ser acionada a seta de convergência para a esquerda o quadro lateral de LED’s (6) é aceso e tal condição visualizada pela janela lateral (2), e quando a seta de convergência para a direita é acionada o quadro de LED’s lateral (7) é aceso e visualizado pela janela lateral (3), ao passo, que quando freio é acionado o quadro central de LED’s (8) é aceso e visualizado pela janela central (4), sempre a partir da parede traseira (P) do baú (B).

[014] Em conformidade com os desenhos anexos, o “DISPOSITIVO SINALIZADOR, INTRODUZIDO EM BAÚ DE MOTOCICLETA”, objeto desse presente pedido de patente de modelo de utilidade, constitui-se a partir de uma área central (1) de material translúcido obtida na parede traseira (P) de um baú (B) para motocicletas, sendo, portanto, uma área diferente do material empregado quando da etapa de conformação para a produção do referido baú (B).
