[032] In accordance with the attached drawings, the “SUBSTRATE WITH CUTTING AND BINDING DESIGN FOR MISCELLANEOUS BEVERAGES BASKET, WITH ASSEMBLY AND COMPACTION SYSTEM”, object of this present invention patent application, constitutes, as shown in the figure 2 in plan view, a sheet of cardboard passed through a die cut design, forming front faces (1) and (2) with vertical creases (3) delimiting the lateral faces (4), which in turn have vertical creases (5), from which, on one side, reinforcement flaps (6) with hooked ends (6a) are formed and on the other side, central wall (7) with corresponding hooks (7a), incorporating cut-out dividers ( 8) with base creases (9) and bounding creases (10) for flaps (11), as well as an internal handle (12) cast by cutout (13), both being joined by a central crease (14) with cutouts (15) .

[033] Through vertical creases (16), the internal handles (12) are connected to the respective external handles (17) divided by a central crease (18), in addition to creases (19) for cutouts (20) forming tongues (21) in correspondence to the cutouts (13) of the internal handles (12).

[034] Through horizontal creases (22), the front faces (1) and (2) delimit, respectively, the closing bottom (23) with central crease (24) with chamfers (25) on its edge and a flap closing (26).

[036] Then, from the central creases (14) and (18), the handles (12) and (17) are folded and glued, joining the central walls (7), aligning the cutouts (13) and (20 ) with their tongues (21), as shown in figures 7 and 8 and positioning themselves to receive the wrapping of the frontal (1) and (2) and lateral (4) faces, by their respective creases (3) and (5) as shown in figures 8 and 9 and then, as shown in figure 9, the reinforcement flap (6) is inserted between the central walls (7), receiving glue, with the sides of the future basket already mounted, divided by the central walls (7) with their hooks (7a), as shown in figure 10.

[037] In this condition, as shown in figures 11 and 12, the dividers (8) are removed from their cutouts unfolded by the base creases (9) and by the creases (10) having their flaps (11) brought and glued against the internal surfaces of the front faces (1) and (2), forming six housings for the beverage containers. After folding the bottom (23) by the central crease (24), the glue joins with the closing flap (26), as shown in figures 13 and 14, forming the bottom of the basket as shown in figure 15 which, by the chamfers (25) is locked on the hooks (7a) of the central wall (7), as shown in figure 16, thus making the basket ready for use, as shown in figure 17.

[038] As shown in figures 18 and 19, the assembled basket can be folded by the creases (24) and (22), extending the bottom (23) with the approximation of the front faces (1) and (2) and the side faces (4) against the handle, being then compacted for stacking the units, as shown in figure 20.

7/7 [039] The basket has slight variations in its final shape, however, the assembly and compaction system is maintained, such as that shown in figures 21 and 22, with the flat sheet and its basket mounted in perspective, where the the height of the handle and the front walls are greater or lesser, as well as the shape of the partitions (8) and their flaps (11).

[040] Figures 23 and 24 have only one divider on each side, forming four housings, which may also vary the height of the handle and the walls of your body.
